Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a highly massage technique
specialized, performed by a physiotherapist, through a set of
very specific maneuvers based on gentle, slow and rhythmic pressures,
performed in the direction of lymphatic circulation.

It aims to stimulate the circulation of lymph in any part of the body, decongesting the lymph nodes, subsequently facilitating the elimination of metabolic residues and cellular toxins, in order to maintain the water balance of the interstitial spaces. Its benefits are noted in the general detoxification of the body, with the elimination of accumulated fluids and toxins that cause fluid retention, cellulite and localized fat. It also has clear advantages in the treatment of varicose veins, edema, poor circulation, tiredness and menstrual pain, being indicated in the recovery of post-operative edema.
