Femilift

FemiLift is a quick, safe and non-surgical solution for the treatment of certain intimate conditions, such as: urinary incontinence, vaginal flaccidity, dryness, recurrent infections, among others.

It is a procedure that relieves these symptoms, whether they were caused by menopause, hormonal changes associated with cancer therapy or postpartum conditions.

FemiLift is a painless and minimally invasive treatment, which, unlike other surgical procedures, can be performed in the office, without the need to go to a hospital.

You can resume your daily routine immediately after the procedure, although it is recommended to avoid sexual intercourse for at least 72 hours.

The vaginal tissue consists of collagen fibers, responsible for its contraction and flexibility.

FemiLift uses the clinically established CO2 laser technology, thereby contracting existing fibers and stimulating the formation of new collagen, improving the functioning of the entire vaginal area.

The treatment is carried out by Dr. Marta, who inserts a special probe in the vagina, directing the laser to the area to be treated. This probe has two different sizes, anatomically adaptable, for personal use only – being of a disposable nature. In turn, the laser releases energy and heat, restoring the tissues of the vaginal canal and vulva, by stimulating collagen and elastin.

Studies have shown increased blood flow, increased lubrication, greater immune resistance to infections and restoration of strength and elasticity of the vaginal wall.

As a rule, results are achieved immediately after the procedure. However, three sessions (one session every four weeks) are recommended in order to obtain the desired results.

The FemiliLift can be performed by all women who are not pregnant. However, this treatment is ideal for patients who:
  • Suffer from vaginal flaccidity;
  • Suffer from postpartum urinary incontinence;
  • Suffer from dryness, loss of elasticity and discomfort during sexual intercourse due to menopause;
  • Suffer from premature menopause due to chemotherapy, in the treatment for cancer;
  • Do not be candidates for hormone replacement therapy due to estrogen sensitive cancer.
